Rates

  • £285 - Delegate Package Member Standard
  • £350 - Delegate Package Non-Member Standard (includes associate membership)
  • £235 - Delegate Package (Trainee Members)
  • £175 - Day Delegate Member (Either full day Thu/Fri)
  • £200 - Day Delegate Non Member (Either full day Thu/Fri)

Don't need to stay overnight? Attend an extra day for just £60.

  • £235 - Day Delegate Non Residential Member (Both Thu/Fri) 
  • £300 - Day Delegate Non Residential Non Member (Both Thu/Fri)

  • 1 night B&B at the University of Hertfordshire on 27 June.

Accommodation and travel

Accommodation will be provided on the new University of Hertfordshire, de Havilland Campus with the comfortable single en-suite bedrooms in halls of residence. Do you need to travel down on Wednesday night (26 June)? The ASE can offer a limited allocation of Wednesday night accomodation on the Universtiy of Hertfordshire Campus please email conferences@ase.org.uk to add this to your booking.

Train: Hatfield Station. First Capital Connect trains run from: London Kings Cross, Cambridge, Stevenage. A ten minute bus ride from Uno Buses 607, 621, 620, connects this campus.

Car: Postcode - AL10 9EU. Parking available on site.

Bus: Uno Buses 601, 607, 620, 621, 622, 634, 635, 700, 636 and also the Uno shuttle bus which connects the two campus'. Arriva Buses 300, 301 and 724. Single £2, £3 return.
