Terms and Conditions for Exhibiting at all conference exhibitions

The next ASE Annual Conference will be held on January 5 to 8, 2011 at the University of Reading. The exhibition Marquee is open from 6 to 8 January 2011.

Prices for open space start at £132.99 per sq mtr plus vat and for shell scheme build at £176.44 per sq mtr plus vat.

All previous exhibitors and enquiries will automatically receive an application pack. If you are a new contact and wish to receive an application pack for the 2011 exhibition, please email your contact details to rayhancock@ase.org.uk.

Space is sold on a first come first served basis with all the application packs being posted at the same time and this page showing the pack the day after posting.
