T080 Creativity in the Science Classroom

   Thu 4th Jan 2007, 1600-1700
How can you raise the interest in science and how can you keep the interest alive?
This session will focus on how creativity and variety can be used as powerful tools to reach the different learners. Useful, untraditional and (hopefully) fun examples including inquiry, drama, music and stories.
I will also show how building models and doing things for real can be ways to address and reach the undiscovered talents in the class.
Comprehensive handouts.
