It is once again that time of year to look forward to one of the highlights of summer, the NAIGS Annual Conference.

Responding to feedback from last year’s conference, we have planned a varied programme of presentations, seminars, and workshops, as you will see in the enclosed details.  Sessions bring together leading education advisers and strategists from key organisations to offer NAIGS members a stimulating update on the main developments and issues in science education. The three-day conference also provides a vital opportunity for delegates to share best practice with advisers from regions across the country.

This year the NAIGS Conference returns to one of Britain’s most popular tourist destinations, the home of Shakespeare, Stratford-upon-Avon. The Holiday Inn Hotel offers an ideal setting from which to explore some of the delights summer in Stratford has to offer. You can enjoy a river cruise, a town walk, or pay a visit to the Courtyard Theatre to see one of Shakespeare’s most popular plays, ‘As You Like it’.
