Research Seminar Series
7 December 2011
Twenty six presenters will share their science education research projects and findings at the ASE Annual Conference, in the prestigious Research Seminar Series, supported by national and international organisations.
They will hold 30-minute sessions throughout the four days of the conference, with valuable time for questions and discussion. Delegates can attend all the sessions or pick and mix with others.
Teachers and advisers who may not be familiar with some of the themes in the research papers and those who are well informed but wish to hear of recent developments, are all welcome.
The Research Seminar Series will cover areas such as teaching practices and strategies, looking at a number of topics from learner progression, to enhancing pupil motivation in science. Full details of the Research Seminar Series will be available in the conference handbook on this site, via the Annual Conference page.
The series is supported by the ASE Research and International Committees, The British Education Research Association, The International Organisation for Science and Technology Education, The International Council of Associations for Science Education, and The Early Years Special Interest Group of The European Science Education Research Association.
