The Royal Society’s  Vision for the future of science and mathematics education Committee is designing a vision for world-class education systems for 2030 and beyond which has excellent science and mathematics at its heart. The Vision believes that the teaching profession will be  key to drive change and create inspirational education systems that will produce both a strong STEM workforce and informed and engaged citizens. We need teachers who understand the local context and young people’s learning and development to join our debate and help us make a radical difference to education now and for the next generation of students.Your input will directly feed into the evidence for the Committee’s UK policy report to be launched in the spring of 2014.

The event is free to attend and open to the teaching and education community. Please register by Monday 7 October 2013 as places are limited. Register now
