The ASE Futures Conference 2022, generously sponsored by AQA, is for EVERYONE involved in science education CPD.

ASE Futures is the natural home for those involved in teachers’ professional learning, from university tutors, education consultants and local authority staff to Heads of Science and leaders responsible for CPD. Or, if you are a teacher looking to take science education beyond your classroom, ASE Futures is the path for you.

Conference booking
You can select the full 2 day conference package that includes the full conference programme with Thursday evening dinner, at the Waterside Bar but NOT accommodation, which needs to be booked directly with the hotel (see below). Or you can attend as a day delegate which includes lunch and refreshments but not the conference dinner.
Accommodation - separate booking required
For overnight accommodation we have secured a special rate for delegate rooms of £62.50 at the local Sunley Hotel onsite at Northampton University's Waterside Campus. The ASE Futures Group is the natural home for those involved in teachers’ professional learning and members can range from university tutors, education consultants, local authority staff, Heads of Science and leaders responsible for CPD. This expert group provides support and voice for Initial Teacher Education and Continuing professional development, fostering high quality professional learning for future generations of science teachers at all levels of education. This is achieved through research, networking and professional development within and beyond the group, and through responses to government consultations. The committee organises the ASE Futures Conference. Members receive the Science Teacher Education (STE) journal.
