This session will highlight creative ways to link science and English in activities that are mutually beneficial to both subjects. The aim being to excite children’s curiosity and allow them to develop their scientific conceptual understanding whilst also improving their literary skills. This link-learning approach allows teachers and children to spend more time on activities, gives a real sense of purpose, develops further opportunities for working scientifically and explores science within real life contexts.
