RSPB Fairburn Ings Dusk Walk and Education open event
Explore the Fairburn Ings site and hear what the RSPB Education Team can offer students of all ages.
Dusk on a cold winter evening is a magical time for wildlife watching. Join us for a guided walk to take in the sights and sounds as the light changes and darkness takes over the reserve. We’ll look out for owls, deer and birds flocking together to form roosts. We may be lucky enough to spot a starling murmuration over the reedbed. The walk will last about two hours on good footpaths, sturdy footwear is recommended as well as warm clothing and a torch.
This event is suitable for teachers, particularly those that would like to meet our education team and learn more about our education offer at RSPB Fairburn Ings. Event is open to family and friends, but each ticket is limited to 3 additional guests as our event numbers are capped. Booking in advance is essential.
