About this Event

This is a FREE event and is open to ASE members and Non-members which follows on from a successful event for secondary teachers. This evening will be organized slightly differently to previous Teachmeets.

This event is of relevance to all Primary Teachers. During the meeting there will be the opportunity to listen to our speaker, Dr Andy Chandler- Grevett, and to take part in small group discussion. There will also be a general Q&A session.

The presenter is a member of the ASE 11-19 committee, co author of Science Teacher SOS, resources to provide support and guidance for teachers.

Recently Andy has been doing a variety of online sessions on mental health and well-being. He has worked with a mental health professional for the RSC doing sessions for teachers for managing their own mental health. In addition to ASE SOS, he writes for Education in Chemistry on well-being issues.
