1 Start 2 Complete Philip Harris is delighted to sponsor the ASE 2025 Summer Technicians Conference by offering up to 15 fully funded tickets for ScienceTechnicians to attend the event at Bolton School on 11th July 2025, which includes a year's ASE Technician Membership (normally £25) from the date of the event. The Conference includes a fantastic variety of professional learning sessions as well as opportunities to engage and network with other science technicians - it's going to be a great event and all refreshments are included! TERMS AND CONDITIONS Eligibility: The bursary scheme is open to science technicians currently working in UK schools. A maximum of 15 schools will be selected to receive bursaries under this scheme - one per school. Only applications submitted via the ASE (Association for Science Education) website will be considered. Applicants must not currently hold ASE membership. Priority will be given to applications from schools with a high proportion (over 30%) of students eligible for Pupil Premium funding. Application Process: To apply, eligible science technicians must complete the online application form available on the ASE website. Applications must be submitted by 5:00pm on Friday 20th June 2025. Incomplete or late applications will not be accepted. Award Details: The bursary covers ASE membership for successful applicants, providing access to a wide range of resources, CPD opportunities, and professional support. There is no cash alternative. The bursary is non-transferable and may not be exchanged or refunded. Selection: All eligible applications will be reviewed by a panel appointed by ASE and Philip Harris. Priority consideration will be given to schools serving a high proportion of students receiving Pupil Premium support (minimum 30%). The ASE and Philip Harris' decision regarding bursary awards is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. Travel and accommodation costs are not included in this offer.
