This issue of EiS has two themes: technician support and SEND, featuring articles offering guidance and support for technicians from the ASE Technician Committee, the H&S Group and lab equipment organisations, and the launch of a new Inclusive Science Group, exploring their discussions on differentiation, remote learning and what research can tell us about working with SEND students.  Also included in this issue is a tribute to HRH The Duke of Edinburgh, our patron for over 50 years, who died in April.
