Science Teacher Education

Science Teacher Education (STE) journal was an ASE publication for all those concerned with the pre-service education and professional development of science teachers.

We have now launched the online STE Hub to replace the original STE journal, which you can find here. The new hub is a purposeful online space that offers engaging resources that include, articles, podcasts, interviews and much more.

This is a dedicated space for teacher developers that is committed to capturing the perspectives of science teacher educators, experienced teachers, trainee teachers and the international community.

We've retained our archive of previous editions which you can access below. The content these issues covers guidance for trainees in the classroom, a roundup of the latest research affecting science education in the UK and overseas, news and book reviews.
