ASE 2026 Scotland Annual Conference

Session proposals are now invited for the ASE's Scotland Conference here - proposals will close on 15th March, when the Scotland Committee will consider which sessions to include in their 2026 programme.

Exhibition places are invited here - a 2m stand will cost £99+VAT and a 4m stand will cost £175+VAT. Electrical supply and one lunch are included in the cost. 

This event will be held at Kinross High School.

Launch of Scotland education reform report

June 2025 saw the launch of The Royal Society of Edinburgh 2025: Gaps, overlaps, and challenges: assessing the alignment of Scotland’s education reform agenda with national priorities. This report presents the findings of a research project that sought to understand how Scottish Government’s principal policy areas – as captured by the Programme for Government – relate to each other, and how the changes brought by the educational reform agenda can support their delivery.
