Submissions for ASE’s Book of the Year 2025 are now open! This is the tenth year of the award designed to celebrate science writing that educates and inspires science learners of all ages.
 
Alongside the Primary and Secondary categories, we are introducing a new Textbook category this year. Entries to the 'Textbook' category must be either student or teacher books covering part of the science curriculum. As in previous years, both fiction and nonfiction titles may be entered into either the 'Primary' or 'Secondary' category.
