Science Teacher Education (STE) Hub - Now Live!

The brand-new STE Hub is now live!

We are delighted to announce our new home for our Science Teacher Education (STE) journal has now launched. This will be a dedicated space for teacher developers that is committed to capturing the perspectives of science teacher educators, experienced teachers, trainee teachers and the international community. Check it out here: www.ase.org.uk/ste-hub

To launch the new hub, our newly appointed STE Editor and Curator, Natasha Serret will be delivering a podcast series, available through our site, titled Journeys in Professional Learning. Where she talks to the science education community to learn more about the different professional development opportunities that encourage trainee and experienced teachers to adapt and refine their practice.

Hear from Natasha Serret and discover why we transitioned from a journal format to the new online STE Hub. Listen to Natasha Serret explain the vision behind creating a more interactive and accessible platform for science teacher educators.

In the first episode, Impactful and Transformative Professional Learning, Natasha Serret, Emily Perry and Claire Seeley explore what is it about professional learning that genuinely enables teachers to change the way they think about, and approach teaching and learning in science?
