As a charity as well as a professional association, everything we do is focused on supporting excellence in science education — helping teachers, technicians, teacher developers, schools and institutions to inspire the next generation of scientists. 

Right now, that work matters more than ever. 

We know that schools are under enormous pressure and budgets are stretched.  Many are leaving the profession and it's not always easy for those science teachers and technicians to access timely and affordable professional development and resources. That’s why we’ve worked to keep our CPD affordable and membership costs low, so that everyone can access the support they need. We're pleased to see record numbers of student members joining us in a positive sign for the future, but we need your help to sustain this support.
