Teacher Developer Conference
An online conference bringing Teacher Developers together to connect, share expertise, and explore evidence-informed practice and updates.

What to expect
Join colleagues from across our vibrant Teacher Developer community for our annual conference – online. While we may not be meeting face to face this year, the heart of this event remains the same: high-quality professional learning, shared expertise, and valuable opportunities to connect with others who truly understand your role.
This conference offers a dedicated space to step back, reflect, and engage with others doing similar work, with time built in for discussion, collaboration and networking throughout the day.
We are delighted to welcome Dr Damian Loneragan, long-standing ASE supporter and Ofsted Inspector, who look back on learning from one year of the new Ofsted Framework. He will reflect on common barriers to learning in science, tips for how to approach monitoring and how to show impact.
We will also hear from Lia Commissar from the National Institute of Teaching, who leads the Evidence Toolkit project. Lia will share insights into how Teacher Developers can access and use high-quality evidence to strengthen professional learning, including coaching, collaboration and inclusive approaches.
