This issue of ASE International includes, as usual, a mix of articles published in other ASE journals and one original piece, plus news and information. One idea particularly featured is how science works alongside or with other subject areas. While UK primary teachers often approach science in a cross-curricular manner, this rarely happens in secondary schools and yet each subject area has some aspects to which science can contribute or that can help extend and complement science knowledge and skills.
