Don’t Miss the ASE Annual Conference 2026

Update 9th January
The Conference had a successful day yesterday and is continuing today and Saturday. We realise that travel is challenging and for those who would like to transfer their Thursday (if you were unable to come yesterday) or Friday ticket to Saturday, you are very welcome to do so. There is no action needed on your part. Please just present at registration on Saturday if you wish to transfer your ticket.
There is a little snow and ice on campus this morning. Please take care on your travels.
Weather update 8-10 January 2026
We are looking forward to welcoming delegates to the ASE Annual Conference 2026 over the next three days.
Despite the current colder weather conditions, we are pleased to confirm that the conference will be going ahead as planned across all three days. We are working closely with the University of Nottingham to ensure the campus remains safe and accessible for all attendees.
The University has taken proactive measures to prepare for the cold weather, with grit and salt laid across the campus and ongoing treatment in place as needed.
We can’t wait to see you all for what promises to be an amazing conference. Please travel safely, keep warm, and we look forward to welcoming you soon.
The ASE Annual Conference, in partnership with AQA, is back—and it’s the UK’s largest event for anyone involved in science education. Over three inspiring days at the University of Nottingham, you can immerse yourself in:
-
220+ sessions featuring keynote speakers, expert-led workshops, and hands-on activities
-
A vibrant exhibition showcasing publishers, exam boards, organisations, and resource providers
-
Networking opportunities and social events designed to connect you with the science education community
Whether you want to expand your professional knowledge, discover innovative resources, or connect with colleagues across the sector, this is the must-attend event of the year.
